Pueblo’s Business and Technology Center Incubator has been recognized as the city’s best co-working space. The business incubator assists nascent companies with office space ranging from 160 to more than 1,300 square feet.
“BTC works with you to assist in meeting your business plan,” according to the company’s website. “BTC offers discounted rent that escalates each year. By the end of three to five years, your business should be able to move anywhere and succeed.
“No need to purchase all those expensive items that a new business requires,” the website states. “BTC has a fax/copier machine that tenants use with their private password. You only pay for your actual usage. BTC may even have furniture for your use in your new office… .”
BTC offers coffee, cleaning service, a break room and lobby, and a postage meter, all included for tenants at no additional charge.
